Our office will be closed over the holidays from December 24, 2024 through January 2, 2025. We reopen to serve your computer needs on January 2nd. Get on my calendar now if you need service before the 24th! Let us know if your Emsisoft anti-malware protection is due to expire during this period and we will renew it remotely.
Hours for 2025: My service hours are 10 am, 1pm and 4pm ET Monday – Friday.
If you need computer service, call to make an appointment. Many problems can be diagnosed and resolved remotely. If you have working internet and computer, I prefer to use remote support. Renewing your protection software can be done without a scheduled appointment; just let me know you want to renew, and I will extend your license and invoice you for another year.

Our “Loving Your Computer” training takes you from being frustrated with your computer to making your computer easier to use in just eight weeks for only $357. Sessions start again on Wednesday, January 8th from 1-3 PM ET. Call us to enroll in this training designed for you.

- Phone advice service – $50/year
- Annual Checkup – $55, as needed
- Protection software – $80/year
- Automated file backup – $100/year
- File Recovery – $100
- Discounted pre-paid time – $220 for 5 hours
- Educational articles – no charge
