FORGOT YOUR PASSWORDS?

It is recommended not to use the same password for multiple websites.  A hacker who gains access to one website might be able to then gain access to all your accounts.

One of the most time consuming and frustrating calls I make is when a client does not remember their passwords.

What is a person to do? With all the secure websites that we use these days, how is it possible to remember all your passwords?

I recommend using a little address book to record your passwords.  For example, under the ‘G’ tab, enter the sign in USER ID and password for your Gmail and Google account.  Date the entry.  If you change your password, cross out the old one and record and date the new one.

If you cannot get into your account, as a last resort, you can click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? Link and go through the procedure to reset your password.  Remember to record the new password.
