Zoom has become a much used video method for connecting people together. Families are using it to see the grand kids, trainers are using it to teach classes, doctors are using it for remote diagnosis, and many more uses.  If you haven’t used Zoom, here are the simple steps to get you into a Zoom session:

Step 1: Download and Install Zoom (If You Haven’t Already)

On a Computer:

  1. Go to the Zoom website: https://zoom.us/download.
  2. Click on “Download” under Zoom Client for Meetings.
  3. Run the downloaded file to install Zoom on your computer.

On a Smartphone or Tablet:

  1. Go to the App Store (for iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
  2. Search for “Zoom Cloud Meetings”.
  3. Download and install the app.

Step 2: Join the Zoom Session

Open the Zoom Application:

Click “Join a Meeting”:

Enter the Meeting ID:

Enter the Password (If Applicable):

Enable Audio and Video:

Step 3: Enter the Waiting Room

You will be placed into a Waiting Room upon joining.
