As many of you know, I take a summer sabbatical each summer to create new products and services to bring you more value. This summer, I am in London, Ontario from June 3 through September 18.
While I may be away from Florida, I can service your computer needs remotely, as long as your computer comes up and you have internet service. So don’t hesitate to call, if you need service; I am not on vacation!
There are many issues that I can resolve with just a quick phone call and a minimal service charge. For example, I may suggest you try one of these solutions and call be back to tell me that it worked:
- l Restart your computer – for computer and application problems
- l Power reboot your router – for internet problems
- l Press on your keyboard CTRL ALT DELETE and END TASK your browser in the TASK MANAGER – to end a scammer’s pop-up window.
If you recently purchased a new computer or printer, call in the next couple of weeks to get in my schedule to help you set it up.
