• Do you self-describe yourself as ‘computer illiterate’? Many of my clients do. Some more so than others.
  • Would you like to be coached by a computer expert who knows how to make computers, and what you can use them for, understandable to you? I specialize in taking the geek jargon out of talking with my clients.
  • I am excited to offer a year-long pilot group training focusing on raising your level of computer literacy.

What You Will Get:

When you join, I ask you about your greatest challenges and what you want to learn about your computer. Although we will start with some basic concepts, most training sessions will focus on what you say you want to learn.

Because becoming computer literate does not happen overnight, this program is designed to last a year. The training sessions occur over the internet, twice a month, in the comfort of your home right in front of your computer! The sessions are live with an expert, who will talk you through, and show screenshots of the topics being covered on that call. You will receive e-mail reminders before each call. Training calls are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 11 AM to NOON, starting in January 2018.

There are several ways that you can ask your questions and have them answered by an expert:

  1. There will be a Question-and-Answer part of each training call. You can submit questions before each session or ask them during the training calls.
  2. You will get a ‘Contact Me’ app on your computer. Just click the button, type the question, include a screenshot of what you are looking at, and easily submit your question. I will personally answer your request by e-mail.
  3. You will join and have access to a private Facebook group specifically set up for this pilot. Just post your question and a non-judgmental expert will answer it. Only the members of the group can see what you ask. No fear of your Facebook friends seeing you ask what you may consider a ‘silly question’.

If for any reason you cannot make a training call, the video and audio training replay of what was covered during the call and any handouts will be available in the private Facebook group. Even if you attended a training session, you may want to listen to a replay later.

Yes, this training uses some technology that you may have never used! I help you set it up and make it easy to find and use, all before your first training call, and at no extra cost to you.

For the first 10 members who join before December 15, 2017, over the course of the year, receive two hours of one-on-one time with me for personalized help. Included at no extra charge.

Copy of the book, KEEPING YOUR COMPUTER HEALTHY. The #1 computer problem today is malware, virus, hackers, scammers, and cyber-criminals gaining access to your computer and stealing your money, identity, files or worse. My book describes how to recognize, remove, and protect your computer from these threats. Often what you don’t like about your computer experience is the side effects of a malware infestation.

For one month following your first training call, if the training is not what you expected, I will gladly refund your money.

The value of the Computer Literacy Training Pilot Group is $1137. Gulp! I know this sounds expensive to you, especially as you face repairs from the Hurricane this past summer. Because this is the inaugural pilot, the training is being offered to the first 10 people who join for the deeply reduced rate of $300 (70% discount). This is a limited-time offer, that expires on March 20, 2018. To make this training available and affordable, we also offer a level-pay plan of just $30 a month, charged to your credit card.
