I came to this work through love, not career ambition. My first client was my mother. I stayed with her problem until I found the root cause — not because I was paid to, but because walking away wasn’t something I could do. That instinct has never left.
I work with older adults who have been tolerated by the tech world their entire lives — talked over, designed around, and made to feel like a burden for not keeping up. I don’t tolerate you. I respect you.
I operate from a belief I call friendly ignorance. You don’t understand technology through no fault of your own — and that means you deserve patience, plain language, and someone who gets to know the person, not just the problem.

You’re never left wondering what I’m doing or why. I explain every step.
Written instructions
After every session, you get it in writing — so you can return to it on your own terms.
Regular tips
I share knowledge between sessions so your confidence grows, not your dependency.
Root cause focus
I don’t patch symptoms. I stay with the problem until I understand what’s actually wrong.
Right now, I’m also caregiving for my partner through a dementia diagnosis — working remotely, staying available, and navigating the same love and overwhelm that many of my clients’ families know firsthand. I don’t just say I understand. I actually do.
