A Note About My Availability This Spring and Summer
I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to let you know that due to a family emergency, I will need to be in London, Ontario, from March through September this year. I wanted to share this with you early so you know exactly what to expect and how I can continue supporting you.
Even while I’m away, you can still call me whenever you need help with your computer. I’ll be here for you, just as always, only from a different location.
Here’s what this means for you:
- Phone support remains the same. Please continue to call me with your questions or issues.
- I won’t be able to come to your home in person during this period.
- Remote support is available. If you have internet, I can connect to your computer through TeamViewer and fix most problems just as if I were sitting beside you. My client hours are 1:30 – 5:30 pm ET Monday through Saturday. Just call for an appointment.
- Emsisoft security software – if your Emsisoft Anti-Malware is about to expire, please call me to renew it.
- If you don’t have internet, please contact your internet provider—they can help get you reconnected.
- If your computer won’t turn on, I can arrange for my trusted colleague, Mindy, to visit your home and diagnose the issue in person.
- Payments – if possible, please pay your invoices by Zelle from your online banking, rather than sending a check.
My goal is to make sure you continue to feel supported, confident, and cared for with your technology. Thank you for your understanding and for the trust you place in me every day.
