A Note About My Availability This Spring and Summer

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to let you know that due to a family emergency, I will need to be in London, Ontario, from March through September this year. I wanted to share this with you early so you know exactly what to expect and how I can continue supporting you.

Even while I’m away, you can still call me whenever you need help with your computer. I’ll be here for you, just as always, only from a different location.

Here’s what this means for you:

• Phone support remains the same. Please continue to call me with your questions or issues.
• I won’t be able to come to your home in person during this period.
• Remote support is available. If you have internet, I can connect to your computer through TeamViewer and fix most problems just as if I were sitting beside you. My client hours are 1:30 – 5:30 pm ET Monday through Saturday. Just call for an appointment.
• Emsisoft security software – if your Emsisoft Anti-Malware is about to expire, please call me to renew it.
• If you don’t have internet, please contact your internet provider—they can help get you reconnected.
• If your computer won’t turn on, I can arrange for my trusted colleague, Mindy, to visit your home and diagnose the issue in person.
• Payments – if possible, please pay your invoices by Zelle from your online banking, rather than sending a check.
