How to Print an Email

On a computer:

  1. Open your email (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.).
  2. Click the message you want to print.
  3. Look for a small printer icon or click the three dots (…) and choose “Print.”
  4. A preview window opens—click “Print” again.

On an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Tap the Share icon (a square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll down and tap “Print.”
  4. Choose your printer and tap “Print.”

How to Print a Website Page

On a computer:

  • Open the page you want (recipe, article, directions).
  • Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Command + P (Mac).
  • A print preview appears—click “Print.”

Prefer clicking?

  • Click the three dots (…) in your browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari).
  • Choose “Print.”

On an iPhone or iPad:

  • Tap the Share icon.
